Grace Church of Evergreen Offers the Perfect Place to Celebrate Special Events
Grace Church of Evergreen prides itself on being a welcoming place to worship, but we also know that celebrating life’s special moments is incredibly important. Finding a place to celebrate a special occasion is difficult. Who has the time to secure a hall rental or hire a caterer, DJ, decorator, Security, and someone to clean up after the event? You and your loved ones should be focused on celebrating your special occasion, not setting up and cleaning up. Grace Church of Evergreen offers unique packages that include everything you need to celebrate your wedding, anniversary, quinceañera, baptism, or birthday. The Grace Banquet Hall
Our primary hall at Grace of Church of Evergreen is perfect for events with up to 200 people. We can expand to up to 350 guests!
The air-conditioned hall also offers your party a full kitchen with an ice machine, clean restrooms, and a buffet food service room.
And fenced-off grounds around the hall for outdoor activities, including outdoor weddings in the gazebo (ADDITIONAL PRICE FOR USE OF GAZEBO FOR WEDDINGS) or overflow in the canopy annex. Lighted parking for your guests included.
The hall is made available on Saturdays or Sundays for major and small events.
Major Events Hall is available Saturday from 8 am to 12 midnight. Sundays, the Hall is available for events beginning at 3 pm or later.
Special pricing for small events. Minimum 6-hour rental Small events include table and chairs setup and breakdown and full cleaning. One staff person will be present during the event.
Six-hour minimum price assumes less than 80 people. No alcohol.

QUINCEAÑERA SERVICES & WEDDINGS TOO!
The hall is located next to our Worship Center. The Worship Center is perfect for special services such as weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and baptisms.
Quinceañera Service is customized to guests of honor.
We provide a free 5-minute video with music highlighting the Quinceañera's life, a bilingual program, bilingual projection of service so all can follow.
Service will be in Spanish or bilingual depending on the worshiper's language, recorded music, and communion as appropriate.

The Saratoga Ave Hall
The hall on Saratoga Ave just off the 85 hosts 100 - 200 guests in a beautiful setting with an intricately domed ceiling. The hall is made available on Saturdays for major events from 9.30 am to 12 midnight.
The unique hexagonal shape of the building allows all of your guests to feel like they are part of the event vs making some of your guests feel separated from the rest of the event, which tends to happen in square or rectangular spaces. The Saratoga Ave hall features a large foyer entrance which is perfect for large displays or for greeting guests, a full kitchen with a commercial stove, and clean restrooms for your guests.
The hall can be rented from 9.30 am until 12 midnight. The hall rental includes installation and set up of tables and chairs as well as clean-up after your event, security, bartender, and event helper. The Hall is surrounded by beautifully treed grounds and a large lighted parking lot.
